change buttons image according to values from database

i have form1 that contains 10 buttons with default image that shows that the table is free and i want to change the image of these buttons by checking tablesstatetbl table to see tablestate column if every table value is busy it should change the image of the button to a different image how to do that in code

Are you talking about DQL table? Secondly please describe when you say "table value is busy.."

Hi Mind, Yes I understood your requirement clearly now, Just write a function like this, before that add two images in your resource folder which is represents available and busy, Loop the table status value and identify any status is busy, get the id and change the button image depends on that, ex : if id 2 is busy, set the button id like button2 and write the below code button+id.BackgroundImage=(( System . Drawing . Image )( Properties . Resources . Image ));

there's form1 that contains button1 - button2 - button3 - button4 - button5 each button represents a table and all of them have default image shows that the table is free when one of the tables is booked it change the value in tablesstatus table to busy the table contains : tablenumber tablestatus 1 free 2 busy now i want to check this table on form load to see which table is busy to change it's image to busy if the value of tablestatus is "busy"
