I am .NET Developer of 7+ Years of experience on different Microsoft technologies, and want to add some additional value to my resume to grow professsionally in my career. I have plans to learn Microsoft Dynamics CRM software.

Please provider some guidance on my decision.

Is it worth to learn Dynamics CRM?
What will be the growth in this field?
How is the job market?
What is the pay in this field Microsoft Dynamics CRM?
How is the market in India for this field?

Hello Jean, Thank you for your reply, I know that there are couple of CRM softwares available in the market, as I am interested in specifically learning Microsoft Dynamics CRM. I want to know more about this specific product in the market like, 1.How the market will be for this? 2.What is the future of this software? 3.How is the demand for these professionals? I would like to know more in general gudiance on this software. Hello Siva, I believe, your investment in CRM would be a good idea. Although it is a less used technology, the available professionals are also few. This could be the reason i have seen High Pay for CRM Professionals. Please find my answers accordingly. 1. Yes, it is worth 2. You can grow as CRM Expert through ERP experience & adding certifications 3. Job Market is pretty good, but not in High Boom like 2007 4. In India, I have seen an 8 year guy getting pay of 15 Lakhs in the CRM track. You can also refer naukri.com 5. Market in India is good, i believe every month hundreds of CRM jobs are posted.
