Captcha not show normally

I am using CaptchaMvc.Mvc5 package but I found problem in Image shown the captcha image show as the below : I want show captcha image as the below: but when refresh the page it is show normally I try these solutions : I try Import jquery file before write captch razor code too I try Import jquery file from google CDN but my problrm not solved please developer Help me

I am also facing same issue . Its working fine on local IIS but its working like yours on server IIS. Did you find any solution
