cant fetch gridview data !

Question

i have a gridview1 and to get its data of select button field int rowIndex = Convert.ToInt32(e.CommandArgument); GridViewRow row = GridView1.Rows[rowIndex]; string country = row.Cells[1].Text; in this index 1 is giving me null on runtime how to get value ?

i havent took a button jignesh instead i have used buttonField and commandargument is not valid for buttonfield it seems
