CAn U suggest best way to store(database or as afile in in server ..?) and show flash and other videos in c#.net web site

i m need of uploading flash ,other kind of videos,images...and display on my users homepage.
can u suggest a best wya to achive these requirements.....
M using C#.net and MySql
