Autostart application in Vista

Hello all. I'm having a bit of an issue that I need help resolving. I have a program I'm working on, and I need to make it so that when it is installed, it will autorun as administrator without having that message pop up about running as administrator. Is there anyway to do this? It has to be seemless.
