Attendance time wise and count late C# Windows application

Question

I have attendance database, i want to call this database in gridview and count late(show in lablel text) if (from CLOCKIN table) time exceeded 9:30 am,also show me 1 leave if count 3 late.. so on and on.. Please help i'm new.

Another question.. I have attendance machine, i have fetched monthly attendance in xl sheet now i want to insert all excel sheet data in database existing table. Column based like if excel sheet have Clock In column then must be insert in database Clock In in existing table.

Are you able to Join attendance and CLOCKIN table? if yes than please do and create a view for it. Once you have view you will able to able to use both tables in the grid. For time exceeded 9:30 am,also show me 1 leave if count 3 late You need to create a functions in SQL and for each row you can call that functions.
