ASP 4.0 web application deployment

hi
i need to deploy an asp 4.0 - local host webapplication developed in vs2010... The application need to place on a server and will be connected by users from different regions through trusted domain. what would be the deployment process and wot shld be installed (IIS ,4.0 fW) on the specific server before running appliction
