We (2 people) have an asp.net project version 4.5 . Currently, there is no version control we are using. we want to implement open source devops for this project ( CI/CD).
Please note: we dont want to use azure devops (due to company licensing issues)
Also, we dont want to have remote repositoy on cloud. we want it in another on-premise server or VM. Please let me know which tools should we use , what is the process and how can i achieve this ?
