Apache not running has error

Hi Team
 
I have a xampp and its not running my apache, the default port is 80. So when i click start its throwing this below server error.
  1. Error: Apache shutdown unexpectedly.  
  2. 12:03:39  [Apache]  This may be due to a blocked port, missing dependencies
