Angular Shift data from one text area to another

Hello 
 
Suppose i have two big text area and inside it i have list of data now i want to send from right text area to left text area whenever someone clicks on that perticular data also i can select more than one data by holding crtl key 
 
 Any Easy method ?
Any Examples ?
