Angular project shows blank page in browser

I have node js 10.13 and angular cli global version 9 local version 8. The application front end is angular backend is c#. When I run the application from visual studio 2019 , I see blank page on browser. Although this application is working on other's system and also working in test environment. But not working on my system. What can be the possible issue can anyone help.
