Retrieve all usernames from a PC or Laptop.

Question

From what I have received c# corner website, in forms of answers and/or helps, has been very helpful. Thanks, But anyrate, here goes. I looking for C# source in forms of working examples, such as, how I can retrieve all of the usernames on a PC or on a Laptop. All this is done in C#. I've looked for examples and found some, but usually they do not work OR I not educated on what is needed more. Also, when these usernames are retrieved, is each user have admin=priv or not and how's this done? I'm a junior level programmer with grey hairs on top to go with. Any help sure would be appreciated. I'm running into major problems. For one, I'm not an experienced/advanced C# programmer whose knows all of the tricks you guys know. I'm just looking for a complete list of usernames on a windows platform. I believe this windows comes under a "Win32_UserAccount" environment and not under winnt. Of all of recommendations provided, none are producing any success. So please, take what I've supplied here and what you've supplied and merge them together and get them to work and tell me what I'm doing wrong. Okay?
