Adding Tooltip

Question

I am having trouble finding an easy to fiollow instructions for adding a tooltip. I feel confident this is the place to come. My assignment is
Create a form with three LinkLabels that link to any three web sites you choose. When a user clicks a LinkLabel, link to that site. When a user's mouse hovers over a LinkLabel display a brief message that explains the sites purpose. After a user clicks a link, move it to the top of the list and move the other two links down, making sure to retain the correct explanatoon with each link.

O my goodness!!!!!! Thank you so much , once gain I was working real hard on making this harder then it really was. Now I just have to determine how to make it move. Did you happen to look at my code? I cannot figure out why my first link is not working. It worked last night but today it just will not go anywhere.

ok so I have added a tooltip from the toolbox do I need to add a label for the text to display in? I am looking in the tooltip property and I am not seeing a text property, have I added the worong item? Then I added the code in the Form_Load section is this correct?

You can use the ToolTipText property to display a tooltip on the LinkLabel
