Adding Links to PlaceHolder at run-time

Hello Everyone,
I've designed a placeholder which takes some links from the database at run-time like monthname(Jan,Feb,Mar,Apr,..........)

And now i want to enhance it..
I want as i click on Jan link then it should bring images of month Jan.
If i click on Feb link then it should bring images of month Feb.......
and so on.....
