Adding Days to Datetime field using Microsoft Flow

I have a sharepoint list with a datetime field with date values. I want to add 365 days to the date value in that field and if it matches todays date(i.e a year has been completed) then a mail should be sent to the submitter of that item.
 
How can i add days to the field- "DateSubmitted" in this case
