Adding Combobox to Data Table

Hello every one ! i am a beginner in C# world , i wanted to add a "combo-box" in my data table but i did't found any way...plus i searched for it and found that i could add add combobox in datagrid view but its not on the back hand :( and i am unable to add that combobox in datasource as well , so is there any way to fix it ? it would be a great help , Thanks in advance :)
