About Oracle Apps Technical for DotNet Programmer

Please you might guide me in right path.. As currently i am a dotnet programmer since 7 yrs with sqlserver DB knowledge and now i am planning to shift to a ERP. Can you please guide me is can i come to Oracle APPS technical as i am from dotet background. I am really confused about this please kindly guide me.
