You will need to create aback up file for the database then again restore it in the other device. SQL Server Management studio can make your work easier.

If it is acceptable that a database could be off-line for few minutes (non production environments), you can also detach (from source server) and attach (on target server) the database which is lot quicker than back and restore. You will of course need to copy the .mdf and .ldf files.
