36/5000 Inbios260 + scanner + php + server

Good day, I'm working with an inbios260 for access control, I have it connected to a bar code reader, I want to send the scanned information to a server to validate if access is given or not, program in php, and read something about the sockets, someone has an idea of how to do it, for your attention, thank you very much :)
