Let’s see how a user can print their word files in PDF.
- Upload a word file to a document library.

- Click on the Menu dialog option for the selected word document.

- You will see the preview screen below.
- Click on the icon as shown by the arrow.

- You will see a pop-up as per the screen below with an option, “Print to PDF”.

- Click on the option and you will receive the screen below stating your PDF is ready.

- Click to open your word document in PDF which is all ready to get printed or shared.
