First Step: Go to Google And Type SSMS Tool



Second Step: Download It From SSMS Tools Pack Download

Third Step: This file has Less Than 3mb size.

Forth Step: Just Run The .exe file And it will done.

Open the SQL Server Management Studio And Look At the menu. There is SSMS Tools.
