Error While Running Azure Function - Return Process.dlopen

Recently when I was working on Azure Functions in Windows 11 PC and in Visual Studio 2022, I got the below error.

Felt that it might be some issue with the installation process and found a solution to resolve this issue.

Followed the below steps.

Note: Close the Visual Studio.

Step 1

Navigate to https://www.microsoft.com/download/details.aspx?id=40784

Step 2

Click on Download.

Step 3

Select vcredist_x86.exe and click on Next.

Step 4

Go to Downloads and double click on the downloaded file vcredist_x86.exe.

Step 5

Select “I agree to the license terms and conditions” and Click on Install.

The installation has been started.

Installation completed successfully.

Step 6

Open the Visual Studio 2022 and run the Azure Function.

Issue is resolved.
