Concatenate multiple columns in SharePoint
 
 Create First Name, Last Name and Middle Name column of Type single line text
 
 Create a Calculated column Full Name
 
 Copy and paste the formula
 
  =Title&" "&[First Name]&" "&[Middle Name]&" "&[Last Name]
