Create a Trigger by Adding the Trigger Name and selecting Action, When a record of a customer is created or Updated.

After creating a trigger, it is initially in Draft mode by default. To activate it, we need to click on 'Ready to use,' after which we can view the screen below.

We can directly create a journey from the trigger selection screen, as the available triggers are populated automatically for selection.

After selecting the trigger, we have the option to add conditions, such as setting the Account name to 'Allam'.

After creating the journey, we can edit it to include additional scenarios, such as creating emails, phone calls, tasks, etc.

After completing the flow, we need to publish the journey.

After Trigger our journey we will get a Total inflow of 1.
