Microsoft 365 Enterprise Services
Earlier, Microsoft used to provide us with all the services for free. In Enterprise, licenses were also available for free. If any student wanted to study Sharepoint or Exchange server, then all the services were free for him, but from Jan 2024, the free trial of enterprise E5 and F3 licenses has been discontinued, which has affected many Admin services. If you have the admin portal created before Jan 2024 then all services will be auto-renew automatically.

Earlier, if we created a free trial business ID, which used to be made with Microsoft domain in which we got 25 admin licenses or 10000 power apps or P2 licenses, but now if we go to create an ID, an error is created in any business account.
So now, if you want to create a business account, then for that, you simply need to have a license of any Microsoft ID like Visual Studio Professional 2022 USer ID. Then you can create a business account through its ID password.
Second this. If you have an Azure account, then you can also create a business account using its Infra ID or Tenant.
Third is Therefore you have to become a Microsoft business partner; after a few days, you get a confirmation mail from Microsoft, and you give the account ID and password; after doing a lot of research in many places, everywhere it is seen with a free trial, but to become its partner you have to pay a one-time fee of 1200/- rupees, only after that we can become a partner.
Feature of Admin Portal
There are many benefits of enterprise E5 or E3 like if you have a free trial, then you can operate a small-level company environment and distribute an Office 365 web or mobile version license only for personal use if you use it at the proper company level then after your free trial ends, the changes will start getting applied on it.
- In this, you can create a mail ID by adding your personal domain ID, and you can also use it without a license, like a mail ID, by assigning a license to it. You can give access to Office 365 apps and the web,
- For free, you can create 25 mail IDs with your domain, and you can access them through an exchange mail server in which you can store 10 GB to 100 GB of data on one drive.
- Along with Microsoft Admin Portal, you get premium access to over 80% of Microsoft apps like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Windows 11 Enterprise, Outlook, Exchange, SharePoint, OneNote, OneDrive, Microsoft Stream, Microsoft Bookings, Microsoft Access (PC only), Viva Engage, Viva Insights, Microsoft Lists, Microsoft Forms, Sway, Visio, Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Planner, Microsoft To-Do, Microsoft Loop, Clipchamp, Power BI Pro.
