How to Use the Power Apps Service License and Its Features

Introduction

Power apps is a service of Microsoft in which we can create apps using flowcharts without using low coding and it is a collection of software tools for business analysis, app creation, and app networking.Microsoft Power Apps Framework provides capabilities that transform the way your applications work around your company data.

How to Access?

There are 2 ways to access powerapps, One of them is that you can directly take the powerapps license and you can create it, Secondly you will have to take an enterprise E5/E3/F3license in which you will get the Power Apps license and you can share and transfer it to your custom domain.

I have an Admin Portal so once I create a dummy mail ID and assign a power Apps license.

This is the Admin panel If you are a global admin, you can add users or access the license like me.

Step 1. Once create a user and you can add your custom Domain and choose your name with the display name.

You can also use Create a WebGenrate Password or Own Create Password its You choice.

Once you click the next button, you will see the second screen, and then click on it. and assign license.

Like I have All Licance acess If you purchase only PowerApps Licance So no need to Done This stpes You can Direct login in powerApps or You Purchse a Enterprise License you Need to done these all steps and assign PowerApps licance.

And you have access to give access to this account to make an Admin Center Access like Global Admin, Exchange Admin, etc.

Now, finish creating an Account and Copy Your secret password for the login.

Now I try to Login and Check login in to power apps.

Step 2. Log in to PowerApps by your Bussiness or Enterprise mail id.

I will login from that email address to which I assigned the license.

Once You Enter your Id password, you will be able to access Power Apps.

Now you can create You custom Apps or design pages, or mobile templates.

Microsoft Power Platform has the following three functions

1. Microsoft Power Apps: Develop no-code desktop and mobile apps that work the way you want
2. There is a pre-created template; you just have to make the connections like in a flowchart
3. It is easy to create apps with PowerApps as it connects your data easily. The data can be stored in Microsoft Excel workbooks, SQL tables, Dropbox, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, etc. It takes the work of an application to look at the old data.
