Login to CRM with Administration Access.
Go to Advanced Settings --> Administration-- > System Settings -->In the General Tab, search for the “Set Custom Help URL” section.
Here, your first option is to set the ;“Use custom Help for customizable entities” to “Yes” and then to specify a custom help URL in the “Global custom Help URL” field and click OK.
