In this video, I will share some of the tips that will make you fearless in a technical interview (or any other interview). Watch the following video. In this video you'll learn:
Before going for an interview, make sure you're prepared:
Learn about the company, the job, and the interviewer
Bring a copy of your resume
Arrive early
Dress to impress but be comfortable
Tips to be fearless
Understanding fear of failure
Become a story teller and make it interesting
Keep it short, to the point, and read body language
Be who you are. Do not lie on your resume. Do not write anything that you have not done.
Know your strengths and weaknesses and try to highlight your strength and things you've done that you're proud of.
Make it a winning habit and choose a company that is growth oriented where you can learn more and work harder.
Here are 10 questions I ask
Why don’t you tell me about yourself?
Why are you interested in this position?
Tell me something you’re most proud of?
What is your greatest weakness?
What are your strengths?
Why do you want to leave your current employer?
Where do you want to see yourself in next 5 years?
Why should I hire you?
What did/do you like about your previous/current position?
Tell me about your latest project and role.
