In this article we are explaining how to save a document to PDF/XPS in PowerPoint 2013. In Microsoft PowerPoint 2013, there is a new feature "Save Document to PDF/XPS". PowerPoint is a great application. First you can create the PDF Document than save it. Now the Office design supports a Touch Interface as well as a Keyboard and Mouse Interface. In the PowerPoint 2013 there is a new that provides the ability to directly save your PowerPoint spreadsheet files to PDF or XPS.
Steps For Saving a Document to PDF/XPS in PowerPoint 2013.
Step 1
Open Microsoft Office 2013 and click on PowerPoint 2013.

Step 2
In this step, you can select any Template given below. If you do not want to select any Template then click on blank document:

Create a PowerPoint document in PowerPoint 2013 or Open the document that you wan to save to PDF file.

In this step, Go to the File Menu and click the Export option from the left hand side. If you want to Create a PDF or XPS Document then click on the "Create PDF/XPS" Button.

Step 5
Give the name of the document and choose the location where you want to save it. Click on the Publish button after it.

If you want open it, go to the location where you saved your file.
Step 6
In this step, you will see the PDF File of the PowerPoint Document.
